How Our Order Process Works
At Cape Moto Society, we specialize in custom-designed merchandise, and we want to make sure you’re happy with every step of your order. Here’s how our order process works:
1. Place Your Order
Browse our online store and choose the product(s) you want—whether it’s a sticker, hoodie, t-shirt, or key tag. Once you’ve selected your items, proceed to checkout.
Important Note: When you place your order, you’re ordering a custom-designed product, which means we’ll start working on your design after your purchase is confirmed.
2. Designing Your Product
Once we receive your order, we will start designing your product based on your selected style and preferences. This is where the creative magic happens!
Design Process: Depending on the item, we’ll create a unique design that matches your order details.
3. Digital Render for Approval
After we finalize your design, we’ll send you a digital render (a mock-up of the design) for approval. This gives you the chance to review the design and suggest any changes before production begins.
You’ll receive the digital render via email or through your chosen contact method.
Approval Process: If you’re happy with the design, simply approve it. If you’d like adjustments, let us know, and we’ll revise it until you’re satisfied.
4. Production
Once you approve the design, we will move forward with production. This is when we print or make the product based on the design you’ve signed off on.
Production Timeline: Production typically begins after your design is approved. Keep in mind that this step may take a few days depending on the complexity of the item and our schedule.
5. Shipping
Once your custom product is ready, we will ship it out to you on Thursday (our standard shipping day). We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can track its progress.
Shipping Details: We currently offer domestic shipping within South Africa. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
